GleamPup Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GleamPup online store and purchases from GleamPup. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

GleamPup currently accepts orders for delivery only within the United States. Questions may be sent to gleampupshop@gmail.com.

2. Store and product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, materials, and the made-to-order production process may cause reasonable differences in color, placement, or appearance. Nothing in this section limits your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Product availability, prices, descriptions, and offers may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted. If a material error or availability problem affects an order, we will contact you and, when appropriate, cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

3. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Orders may be declined or canceled before production for suspected fraud, payment failure, a material pricing or listing error, product unavailability, or a delivery restriction. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Shopify provides the store’s checkout technology and payment processing may be handled by Shopify or its payment partners. Their applicable privacy and payment terms may also apply to their services.

4. Made-to-order production and changes

GleamPup products are made after an order is placed. Contact gleampupshop@gmail.com immediately to request a cancellation, address correction, or other change. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after production has begun. Canceling or changing an order is effective only when GleamPup confirms it.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any production, shipping, or delivery date shown in the store or at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur because of inventory, production, carrier, weather, holiday, address, or other circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review the separate Shipping Policy for current shipping details and instructions for delayed, missing, or incorrectly addressed packages.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Because products are made to order, returns or exchanges generally are not accepted for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund under the posted Return and Refund Policy.

These terms and store policies do not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Fulfillment partners

Products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers in the Printify network. GleamPup remains your point of contact for order questions and customer service; please contact us rather than the fulfillment provider.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the store to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or place fraudulent orders. We may restrict access or decline transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or its service providers.

9. Original designs and brand materials

GleamPup claims rights only in its original brand materials and original designs created for the store, to the extent those rights exist under applicable law. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights in those materials or designs. Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the posted Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as needed to operate checkout, payment, production, shipping, fraud prevention, and customer support.

11. Service availability and legal rights

We do not promise that the online store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Products and services remain subject to any warranties, guarantees, liabilities, and remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms governing an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
