Shipping area

GleamPup currently ships only within the United States.

Production and delivery

Products are made after an order is reviewed and submitted to production. Production normally takes several business days and can take 2–7 business days before shipment. Transit time is additional. Any checkout estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production or carrier delays may occur during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracking information is sent after the order ships.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at gleampupshop@gmail.com if an address needs correction. Changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

Delayed, lost, or missing packages

If tracking has not updated, a shipment is substantially delayed, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider and carrier. For a U.S. order that has not arrived within 30 calendar days after shipment, contact us immediately so we can investigate within the applicable claim window.
